Service Description

This service includes a full exterior detail, including hand wash, clay bar treatment, wheel and tire shine, and finally a top grade ceramic coating rated to last between 1-10 years depending on how well you maintain your vehicle following treatment, driving habits, whether you garage your vehicle, and other factors. It is highly recommended that you have a garage for this service for us to install the ceramic coat, and to store your vehicle for a specific amount of time following installation. This service requires that you keep the vehicle from exposure to water for a MINIMUM of 48 hours to allow proper bonding of the ceramic coat to your vehicle. We will require 1-2 follow-up appointments in succession to add additional coats if you request them. Each session will be included in the pricing that we quote at the time of service. Please call or ask your detailer for specifics prior to or during service. The base price includes a ONE YEAR ceramic coat.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please CALL US at 602-931-9180 at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. All cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not receive a refund for deposit and/or payment, and will only be able to reschedule for a future date. If a future service date is not agreed upon within 30 days, the deposit or payment will not be refunded. Any bookings made less than 72 hours in advance (i.e., bookings made one or two days prior to service) will not be refunded if you cancel. Cancellations made by us will be refunded completely and in full as quickly as possible allowing for bank processing time. This is usually less than 5 business days. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will work with you to get your refund as fast as possible. Rescheduling done by us and not by you will occur only due to non-availability of staff, weather, road conditions, or other reasons beyond our control, and we will reschedule you at the earliest mutual available date. If we need to reschedule, and no mutually available date can be booked within 30 days, your deposit and/or payment will be fully refunded as above.
